Job Purpose: The Trade Compliance Admin supports the Trade Compliance Officer by providing transactional support for import/export compliance ensuring cross-border efficiency while adhering to global trade standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions

• Collaborate with global sales and logistics teams to secure timely approval of export requests.
• Prepare ITNs via the ACE portal when required and ensure documents are delivered to the logistics team at the Atlanta site.
• Follow up with forwarders on shipments requiring an ITN.
• Update end-user and exchange agreements for the sales team.
• Enter ECCN and HTS codes in Pentagon.

Working Conditions:

• Physical Demands: Requires prolonged sitting or standing frequent walking bending reaching and occasional squatting lifting carrying pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds. Involves repetitive hand movements eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Corrected vision and hearing are necessary.
• Equipment Operated: Must be able to operate office machines and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Work Location: PAG Office on Lake Mirror Road Atlanta GA.
