Role description:
CSM - Proactive CRM role. Set goals with customers build relationships and become a champion both within Holm as at the client.
- Mainly a project management and relationship management role.
- Onboarding goal setting and managing the progress plan.
- Take ownership post-signature also commercially.
- Responsible for cross-upsell and renewal. Drive clients to Tier 1 and 2 clients.
- Portfolio: around 200 customersmix of tier 1 to tier 4 clients
- Client levels - Tier 1: 50K ARR Tier 2: 20K ARR Tier 3: 5K ARR Tier 4: 5K- ARR.

Salary range & secondary benefits:
- Up to 65K base (excl)
- 35K in bonus (in first year) - % over revenue to this grows with you over the years.
