We are seeking to appoint a motivated and friendly full-time Events and Group Administrator. The Events and Group Administrator is a flexible role working across both of our properties providing administrative and operational support to our Events and Group Accommodation functions including for events group dinners group accommodation bookings and coverage when our Events Coordinators and Group Reservations Coordinator are on leave. Working as part of the broader Food and Beverage and Front Office/Reservations teams the Events and Group Administrator will deliver exceptional customer service including occasional work on the front line.
We are seeking someone who possesses:
Previous experience in a busy hotel environment or similar
The ability to multitask and prioritise their workload
Outstanding attention to detail
A passion for providing genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A willingness to embrace innovation
A friendly thoughtful and highly organised approach to customer service
The ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and experience working in a busy Food and Beverage environment.
