Division Specific Information
The Immunodiagnostics Division (IDD) of Thermo Fisher Scientific aims to dramatically improve the management of allergy asthma and autoimmune diseases by providing healthcare professionals with advanced diagnostics technologies and clinical expertise. Our key businesses: allergy autoimmunity and systems. This role will be part of the Global Downstream Marketing team.
How will you make an impact
This person will own designing executing and optimizing marketing automation programs that drive engagement improve lead quality and accelerate revenue growth for our European region. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Eloqua Adobe Suite Salesforce and other marketing automation tools ensuring seamless execution of email marketing strategies and user journey mapping.
What will you do
- Marketing Automation & CRM:Optimize and carry on campaigns using Eloqua Salesforce and other marketing automation platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
- Email Marketing Strategy:Build and optimize email campaigns nurture journeys workflows and A/B testing to enhance lead generation and customer retention.
- User Journey Mapping:Help to develop analyze and improve customer journeys across digital touchpoints ensuring a personalized and elevated experience.
- Data & Analytics:Leverage data visualization tools and CRM reporting to analyze marketing performance customer segmentation and campaign ROI.
- Technology Stack Management:Maintain and integrate marketing technology solutions ensuring smooth interoperability between platforms (Adobe Suite Eloqua Salesforce etc.).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely across the Global Downstream Marketing team to support omnichannel strategies and data driven decision-making.
Keys to Success:
Education
- Bachelors degree in digital marketing or a related field.
Experience
- 8 years of experiencein marketing automation CRM or digital marketing technology roles preferably inhealthcare or life sciences
- Expertise in Eloqua Salesforce and Adobe Suite; experience with other automation tools (Marketo etc.)
- Strong knowledge ofcustomer data platforms (CDPs) web analytics (Adobe Analytics) and data visualization (Power BI)
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Experience with Artificial Intelligencemarketingtools and predictive analytics
- Basic knowledge ofHTML/CSSfor email and landing page optimization
- Certification inEloqua Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Analyticsis a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and present to business partners on a regular basis
- Strong problem-solving skill in a fast-paced highly regulated environment
- Team champion with a positive attitude who is above and beyond extra mile to accomplish business objectives
