About the Role:

As the leader of Enterprise Data Management you will work cross-functionally to strengthen our organizationsdata infrastructure integraterobust data managementcapabilities into our analyticsoperationsand operationalize rigorous governance processes that help scale AI responsibly. With15 yearsof experience in managing complex enterprise-grade data ecosystems you will bring a strategic vision technicalexpertise and a proventrack recordof implementing world-class data governance AI-driven analytics frameworks and security programs that unlock business value on a transformative scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Security & Governance
Leveragesecurity toolsand partner with theCISO Legaland Technology teamsto define and implement a comprehensivedata security strategy safeguarding intellectual property and sensitive data assets.
Define andimplementdata governance policiesto prevent unauthorized activity and ensure compliance with global regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA HIPAA SOC2 ISO 27001).
Spearhead the integration ofreal-time monitoring and anomaly detectionsystems strengthening accountability and responsiveness across the organization.
Collaborate with Legal Compliance and Cybersecurity teams to align data risk management strategies and implement metrics and reporting frameworks to track the real-time impact of risk mitigation strategies on business outcomes.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
15 yearsof leadership experience indata & analytics AI governance and risk managementwithin enterprise-level organizations.
Provenexpertiseindesigning and operationalizing enterprise-scale AI and data governance frameworksthat deliver measurable business value.
Deep knowledge ofAI ethicsand global data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR HIPAA CCPA SOC2 ISO 27001) with experience integrating AI compliance measures.
Strongtrack recordof leading data and analytics transformations incloud-based environments(AWS GCP Azure) with a focus onAI-powered analytics platforms.
