High School Diploma or Equivalent required

5 Years experience in support of a department or supervisor or projects required.

What You Will Do

Works closely with the hospital president managing their schedule meetings and communications.

Interacts with department heads board members and external stakeholders building a strong professional network.

Handle sensitive information and confidential communications requiring discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate meetings prepare reports and streamline communication in order to contribute to the efficiency of hospital leadership.

Relieve President of administrative matters by anticipating needs prioritizing importance and taking action to meet them.

Resource for all administrative hospital wide policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.
