Personal Lines Account Executive
County Down Northern Ireland

The Role
As a Personal Lines Account Executive youll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of Personal Lines clients. Youll look after Renewals New Business MTAs and day-to-day client queries across Motor Home Travel Legal Expenses and more.
Youll deliver exceptional service identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and contribute to the companys continued growth across NI.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines clients
- Handle Renewals ensuring strong retention
- Generate New Business and build strong client relationships
- Process MTAs accurately and efficiently
- Respond to client queries across Motor Household Travel Legal Expenses etc.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Use internal systems (including Relay) effectively
About You
- Experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Confident proactive and organised
- Comfortable in a fast-paced growing environment
