The opportunity
We are seeking experienced Bar and Gaming Attendants to join our team across multiple venues in Hobart. This role is suited to someone who already understands gaming operations and who holds a current RCG with a strong focus on responsible service and guest care. You will work across the bar and the gaming floor providing consistent friendly service every shift.

What you will do
- Provide welcoming professional service to guests in the bar and gaming areas.
- Operate gaming machines in line with RCG requirements and venue procedures.
- Monitor the gaming floor to support a safe and responsible gaming environment.
- Serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages in line with RSA standards.
- Handle cash and EFTPOS accurately and securely.
- Maintain clean tidy and well presented bar and gaming areas.
- Work collaboratively with the wider venue team to deliver a great guest experience.
- Follow all compliance security and licensing requirements.
What you will bring
- Current RCG Certification that is recognised in Tasmania.
- Previous gaming experience in a hotel club or similar venue.
- Current RSA or willingness to obtain this before starting.
- Confidence in interacting with guests and building regular relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
- Reliable professional approach to work with good communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotating roster across days nights weekends and public holidays.
- Australian work rights.
