Project Manager - Mold Manufacturing

Reporting directly to the Sr. Program Manager you will play a key role in supporting sales initiatives and managing projects to ensure timely quality and safe delivery that aligns with both corporate and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales activities to help achieve revenue targets
- Initiate coordinate and complete all project-specific activities efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project execution
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within manufacturing or related industries
- Strong understanding of mold manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance practices
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Business Administration or related field preferred

Degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical or equivalent exp
Experience with plastic injection molding and/or tool and die and/or mechanical part design
5 years experience in project management for automotive component manufacturing and/or related engineering field (design tool and die automation)
Experience with automotive quality processes (APAP PPAP FMEA etc.)
Proficient with computers in particular MS Excel MS Project
Proven success in managing projects within timeline and budget
Excellent communication skills both internal and with customers
