Scope of Position:

This is a Hybrid role for candidates located in the Lisle IL Area. This position is for a Subcontract Coordinator who is under moderate supervision. Solves moderately complex problems and assists staff in gathering verifying and processing documentation. May contribute to recommending developing and implementing new processes and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare issue and track subcontract agreements change orders and related documentation.

• Maintain accurate subcontract files ensuring all required documents (COIs W-9s lien waivers safety forms) are current and compliant.

• Review subcontract submissions for accuracy completeness and alignment with project requirements and ALC policies.

• Submit and track vendor maintenance requests for new vendor setups and existing vendor updates.

• Follow up with subcontractors on outstanding documents safety records insurance renewals and payment inquiries.

• Support communication with subcontractors and internal project teams to resolve issues promptly.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

• Must have a valid Drivers License

• 2 years of work experience in supporting operations/service teams

• 2 years of work experience in a major ERP system (SAP MSD Oracle)

• 1 years work experience in subcontracting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferably in business accounting or finance.

• HVAC industry experience.

• 1 years work experience in subcontracting

• Knowledge in project forecasting or project budget analysis

• Experience in customer invoicing AR and collections efforts

• Requesting and understanding Certificates of Insurance
