Job Summary
- Responding to emergency losses such as fire water mold or other events
- Performing initial damage inspections and outlining the work needed
- Writing clear and detailed work orders for contents technicians
- Cleaning processing and handling contents and structural items
- Identifying damaged items and determining appropriate next steps
- Sorting gathering and packing affected contents
- Communicating proactively with managers and team leaders
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours or weekend emergencies
- Operating company vehicles trailers and equipment
