Main Purpose of the job

This role drives and monitors all backend processes in order to fulfil customer needs and to increase customer satisfaction: It monitors supply chain from order entry to shipment

Key Accountabilities

Create upload and qualify large quotations (BOMs) in SAP
Validate new orders and book to backlog by fixing buy prices with maximum achievable Gross Profit together with suppliers Quote Center and EBV Purchasing
Validate and process customers forecast consignment changes and call-offs
Proactive Order Backlog Management in cooperation with Supplier Controlling (for unconfirmed and overdue orders as well as order confirmation > leadtime buffer assignments)
Reactive Backlog Management based on customers or Sales Front-End input
Close cooperation with ISR Account Manager EBV Purchasing Quote Center Supplier Controlling Sales Operations and Suppliers (re-quoting) to fulfil customers needs and ensure supply chain
Validate customers logistic solutions with Account Manager and Sales Operations for efficient way of working
Validate and process customers complaints with internal and external interfaces
Run regular sales reports derive actions based on report outputs and perform actions in cooperation with AM ISR and other internal and external interfaces
Supports Account Manager and ISR in day to day business activities
Participation in team meetings in-house trainings and selected supplier trainings

Desired years of relevant experience

Experience in an internal sales environment or marketing preferred but not required

Education (Minimum)

High School Diploma or equivalent

General:

Knowledge with SAP SD preferred but not required
High knowledge with Excel required
Good communication skills
High customer and service oriented mind
Problem solving skills
Ability to work with an international team
Good English language skills (oral and in writing)
