About the role
Vivienne Westwood Srl is recruiting a full-time Sales Assistant to join our Flagship store team in Milan.
The resource will contribute to maximize the performance of our boutique supporting the selling team in the achievement of sales targets while assuring a great customer experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- assisted selling: greeting serving and advising customers guaranteeing the best service possible at all times;
- giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers;
- VW brand storytelling;
- respecting all brand and boutique policies and procedures.
Criteria
- previous work experience in luxury Retail
- very good standing elegance sense of style
- exceptional selling skills
- good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- strong attention to details and customer needs
- ability to plan and organize his/her own daily tasks and goal orientation
- strong interest in fashion industry as well as passion for Art Design and Fashion Culture
- fluent both in English and Italian language (mandatory)
