Enterprise Asset Disposal (EAD) is team responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Firms technology asset disposal needs including the documentation of Firmwide procedures vendor management practices risk management as well as destruction processes and oversight. We are looking for a Process & Documentation Manager to help support the portfolio of work related to IT asset management initiatives which involve internal and external stakeholders
Assignment skill requirements include:
- Project management experience and proven track record of success within the financial services sector
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects within defined timelines
- High level of attention to detail and ability to present complex material succinctly
- Content development/technical writing skills for training materials (desired)
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; Jira and/or SharePoint experience preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical writing; experience in financial services preferred
- Proven expertise in documenting IT and data center processes with a track record of managing high-volume critical documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce documentation that withstands rigorous scrutiny from risk and audit teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong team player with a high level of commitment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications a plus
Specific Responsibilities:
- Create manage and update critical cross-functional process documentation including firm Standards Operational Workflows Bulletins FAQs and other artifacts
- Ensure documentation is robust accurate and audit-ready for regulatory and operational needs
- Maintain a comprehensive library of documents across all enterprise asset disposal functions ensuring consistency and traceability
- Support meetings by developing content and taking meeting minutes clearly documenting processes and follow-ups among multiple workstream owners and subject matter experts
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across related functions to identify process gaps and drive global consistency
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners including vendors risk and operations teams
- Facilitate seamless handover processes and ensure the correct tooling and documentation are leveraged
- Organize and maintain documentation on SharePoint including creating and updating runbooks procedures vendor documentation and training content
- Conduct rigorous process and documentation reviews to ensure alignment with firm policies and controls
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance compliance and operational efficiency
- Stay current with changes in the end to end process and controls identify any impacts to the global processes and update accordingly
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of IT asset management processes
- Advanced proficiency in documentation tools (e.g. SharePoint MS Office Suite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies and organization principles
- Experience within the financial services or similarly regulated industry
