With a range of exciting opportunities in our Rowville Support Office were currently inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced Employee Relations Advisors.
About the Role:
As an Employee Relations (ER) Advisor you will provide timely and accurate advice and support across GPCs Australia and New Zealand businesses. You will handle low-to-medium complexity employee relations matters including probation concerns absenteeism policy breaches performance issues ER queries and support PCW lifecycle processes. You will work collaboratively with managers team members and People Culture & Wellbeing stakeholders to foster positive workplace relations and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
This is a perfect role for someone with relevant experience looking to strengthen their ER experience.
