Jefferson Healthcare is currently looking for a full-time Home Health and Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our team. We have a fully accredited Home Health & Hospice program and this role will involve providing direct personal care to patients in their homes. You will be following a specific plan of care prepared by the RN Case Manager to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Your role as a CNA is crucial in providing compassionate care and promoting patient comfort and dignity.

- Current Washington State Nurse Assistant Certified (NA-C) required

Schedule: Full-Time; Day Shift (M-F 8:30a-5p)
