Jefferson Healthcare is currently looking for a full-time Home Health and Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our team. We have a fully accredited Home Health & Hospice program and this role will involve providing direct personal care to patients in their homes. You will be following a specific plan of care prepared by the RN Case Manager to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Your role as a CNA is crucial in providing compassionate care and promoting patient comfort and dignity.

Education and experience required

High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Current Washington State Nurse Assistant Certified (NA-C) required
Current AHA BLS/CPR (Healthcare Provider version) required
Current valid state drivers license and proof of auto insurance required

Schedule: Full-Time; Day Shift (M-F 8:30a-5p)
