Job Summary

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Contribute using the standard technology stack including Python Linux via WSL PostgreSQL SQL Server Databricks and Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure. Integrate with ITSM platforms such as Freshdesk and Freshchat using APIs REST calls and webhooks troubleshooting API calls JSON payloads or integration issues. Apply web frontend awareness for widget configuration using HTML CSS and JavaScript when required. Configure automations workflows SLAs routing rules and inbox logic and model data for operational and analytical purposes in collaboration with team members and other stakeholders.

Understand outbound communication flows including email and push and ensure correct branding and template configuration. Contribute to quality automation in CI/CD supporting bug-free releases and test automation. Maintain clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Participate in a pairing-first development environment sharing knowledge and mentoring less experienced colleagues through design and code reviews. Support a transparent and collaborative workplace culture assess application security against client standards and ensure APIs comply with relevant guidelines. Deliver high-quality solutions that balance technical accuracy operational efficiency and business objectives.
