The Loan Producer will focus on sourcing and bringing in new loan opportunities while the companys internal back office handles underwriting processing and fulfillment. This allows the producer to focus entirely on outreach networking and closing new business.
The ideal candidate is outgoing sharp confident and thrives in relationship-based sales. You will attend events meet prospective clients build a referral network and maintain an active pipeline. Candidates must be comfortable with both inside and outside sales proactive communication and a fast paced growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and bring in new loan opportunities through networking outreach and relationship building
- Attend industry events meetings and opportunities to develop a client pipeline
- Conduct sales calls follow ups and client meetings
- Work closely with the internal processing team for smooth handoff and strong client experience
- Maintain organized communication with prospects and referral partners
- Build long term relationships that drive recurring business
Qualifications:
- Strong sales ability with a confident outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced goals driven environment
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required if the candidate is exceptionally driven
