Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Order Entry!
In this role you will be responsible for actioning Customer Orders after performing all cross-checks.
Responsibilities
Strictly follow SOP & adhere to frequent changes
Ready to take extra initiatives within the team
Good hold of minute changes in process
Maintain a thorough understanding of client processes and policies
Respond to customer queries through email calls
Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis
Showcase good work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Graduate
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
Must be able to take split-offs
Attention to minute detail
Quick Learner & Ready to adapt to quick changes

Preferred qualifications
Previous experience in Order Entry is preferred
