Job Summary
ASSYST is seeking a Senior QA Automation Tester to support our client in Washington D.C. area.
Job Location: Washington D.C. Fully Remote.

Job Location: Washington D.C. Fully Remote.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop UI automation framework to support a complex application.
- Write JAVA code to automate the test of business layer or data layer applications.
- Create matured automated frameworks for validating end-to-end scenarios for highly integrated systems.
- Execute test plans scenarios scripts or procedures.
- Document software defects and report defects in JIRA.
- Perform functional non-functional System integration and regression testing.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development and release process.
- Solid understanding of implementation of Selenium BDD framework.
- Core Java skills ability to write code using Selenium and Java.
- Highly experienced with smoke regression UAT and end-to-end functional testing.
- Expertise with REST APIs.
- Proficiency with SQL queries and solid understanding of backend systems.
- Solid experience with API testing tools like POSTMAN.
- Experience with application monitoring systems like DataDog Splunk etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be a team player.
