Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead refinement activities and translate business needs into clear functional and system requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders product teams architects developers and QA to ensure alignment and successful delivery across complex IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning coordination and refinement activities across projects.
Gather analyze and document business requirements in a clear and structured way.
Conduct workshops and interviews to validate needs and define scope.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate closely with backend developers and testers throughout the development lifecycle.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

15 years as an IT Business Analyst preferably in agile environments.
Strong technical background; former developer or tester is a plus.
Experience in project management and working with complex or large-scale systems.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
Proactive structured and able to work from incomplete information.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage.
