Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled ROC Engineer/ROC Automation Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UiPath ITIL practices and ticketing tools like JIRA ServiceNow and Zoho. The role involves working in night shifts and rotational shifts managing automation workflows resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
Develop test and deploy automation solutions using UiPath including Code Changes Bug Fixing Enhancements and Change Requests.
Utilize UiPath Document Understanding for extracting and processing data from documents.
Monitor and manage ticketing tools like JIRA ServiceNow or Zoho to address client issues promptly.
Perform L1/L2/L3 level support and development activities including troubleshooting and advanced automation development.
Create and maintain technical documentation including SDD (Solution Design Document) and PDD (Process Design Document).
Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Generate operational reports using tools like Power BI to provide insights into performance and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation processes align with business requirements.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency.
Ensure adherence to ITIL practices for incident problem and change management.
Provide support during night and rotational shifts to meet operational demands.
Must-Have Skills:
UiPath Associate Certification with hands-on experience in UiPath components.
Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and experience in incident problem and change management.
Proficiency with ticketing tools such as JIRA ServiceNow or Zoho.
Hands-on experience with L1/L2/L3 level development and troubleshooting in UiPath.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining SDD and PDD documentation.
Experience in generating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle critical situations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in deploying and maintaining attended and unattended UiPath bots in production.
Familiarity with automation opportunities in IT operations and customer support.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for enhancing automation capabilities.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
Experience in integrating UiPath with third-party applications and APIs.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members on automation practices.
