As Acting Team Leader you will temporarily take the reins to:
Inspire and guide a dedicated team of support workers fostering accountability and best practice.
Lead service delivery for CYP with complex needs ensuring person-centred high-quality care.
Resolve complex situations and apply effective de-escalation strategies with confidence.
Proven leadership qualities and advanced problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to motivate supervise and performance manage team members.
A deep commitment to a person-centred approach and working positively with diverse communities.
Understanding of complex needs behaviours of concern and mental health challenges.
Relevant qualification (Cert IV/Diploma in Disability Community Childrens Services or similar) or identifying as Aboriginal and willing to pursue one.
Must hold: Current NSW Drivers Licence NDISWC Paid WWCC and First Aid/CPR.
