Job Summary
The Clinical Practice Clerk reflects the mission vision and values of NM adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and complies with all relevant policies procedures guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the retrieval filing and maintenance activities of medical records.
- Maintains supplies forms and other inventory.
- Works with vendors to place orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Receives distributes and sends mail and faxes.
- Makes or coordinates deliveries and pick-ups.
- Receives appropriately responds and documents patient inquiries.
- Generates communication to patients and others.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Zero (0) to two (2) years experience in a relevant role.
