Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Lender to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending a passion for community engagement and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven lender or a credit analyst ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loans including real estate agriculture and small business lending.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Creatively structure deals to meet borrower needs while effectively mitigating risk for the bank.
Analyze financial statements credit reports and other relevant data to assess loan viability.
Ensure compliance with all bank policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate loan processing and servicing.
Participate in community events and organizations to promote the banks presence and commitment to local development.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field preferred
Experience in commercial lending
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and customer service
Additional Information :
