Pharmaceutical Implementation Training Coordinator Specialist

Field Based

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a field-based Implementation Training Coordinator Specialist. This field-based role is focused on ensuring the successful onboarding training and adoption of an innovative product within healthcare practices. The position requires close collaboration with healthcare providers and their staff to deliver compliant training efficient onboarding and ongoing support throughout the adoption process. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences that promote safe and effective product utilization.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $75K - $90K. The salary range displayed may vary based on market data/ranges an applicants skills prior relevant experience certain degrees certifications and other relevant factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers and their staff during the onboarding process offering guidance and support to ensure successful adoption of the product.
  • Coordinate logistics to deliver compliant training programs in line with regulatory and company standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for live training events including scheduling execution and follow-up to ensure completion of prerequisites.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales account management marketing medical affairs and compliance to align field activities and provide seamless customer experiences.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to execute customer onboarding activities effectively.
  • Facilitate office setup processes including procurement onboarding account setup ordering procedures and operational workflows.
  • Build strong relationships with clinical and administrative staff to ease the transition into product utilization.
  • Identify and address barriers to adoption through tailored support plans that promote long-term success.
  • Communicate feedback and insights from the field to internal teams to drive continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities onboarding steps and customer interactions to support audit readiness and accurate reporting.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Bachelors degree (BA/BS) or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales healthcare life sciences or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills with experience supporting field sales teams healthcare providers event planning or training coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance-related concepts and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook.

Additional Information:

  • This role requires travel up to 50%.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a field-based capacity while maintaining strong connections with cross-functional teams.

Credentialing Requirements:

As a representative of a pharmaceutical company you may be required to submit and maintain credentials such as training vaccinations and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers. It is the Companys expectation that you comply with the requirements outlined by the facilities on your call plans.

Additionally certain geographic jurisdictions or hospital systems have requirements to apply for and obtain a representative license. At this time representatives working in the District of Columbia City of Chicago State of Nevada State of Oregon or those associated with Jackson Memorial Health in Miami-Dade County Florida may be required to obtain specific licenses.
