Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining enterprise-level Microsoft SharePoint solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements implementing scalable solutions and ensuring optimal performance and security of SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SharePoint (Online and On-Premises) Microsoft 365 ecosystem and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop custom SharePoint solutions workflows and integrations to meet business needs.
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites libraries lists and permissions structures.
- Manage end-to-end development lifecycle including design coding testing deployment and support of SharePoint solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for code quality security and performance.
- Integrate SharePoint with other business applications (ERP CRM BI tools) using APIs and connectors.
- Work closely with business analysts project managers and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Implement governance policies security standards and compliance requirements for SharePoint usage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration (SharePoint Online & On-Premises).
- Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) CSOM REST API and PnP libraries.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 services (Teams OneDrive Power Platform).
- Proficiency in C# .NET JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5 CSS3.
- Experience with Power Automate Power Apps and integration with external systems.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
- Ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
