- Manage project documents drawings and data in PIRS IFS and other systems; support the Doc Controller and create reports on receipt dispatch and status.
- Handle correspondence distribute and monitor project tasks and maintain project-related processes instructions and intranet content.
- Organise meetings events business travel and expense reporting; introduce new employees to tools and processes.
- Deputise for other project assistants perform general administrative tasks and supervise trainees as required.
- Ensure awareness implementation and compliance with HSE requirements relevant to the role.
Qualifications :
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Understanding of databases (Lotus Notes & PIRS / experience in a similar function)
- Very good knowledge of English. French Italian and German is an advantage
- High IT affinity and strong organisational skills
