As an E&I General Foreperson with Electrical and/or Instrumentation Journeyperson ticket youll leverage your expertise to oversee precise E&I projects in Saskatchewan. You will play a key role within the site operations team reporting directly to the Superintendent. You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of your crew(s) ensuring safe efficient and high-quality execution of all project activities. This role provides strong on-site leadership through coordinating work supervising personnel and maintaining a consistent and fair application of all company policies and procedures. You will champion a safe work environment support compliance with operational standards and foster a positive team culture through clear communication coaching and accountability. Working closely with the Superintendent client representatives and cross-functional teams the General Foreperson helps ensure work is completed on schedule risks are managed and overall project objectives are met.
What would you be doing
- Provide strong leadership by mentoring coaching and fostering a positive professional team culture.
- Ensure full compliance with legal regulatory client and FLINT policies while promoting safe work practices.
- Communicate daily with the client and team oversee fitness for duty and conduct ongoing field observations.
- Review work scopes monitor progress report on production/changes and request manpower as needed.
- Support Quality and HSE functions lead safety orientations/meetings and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors promptly.
- Manage team performance by resolving issues ensuring accurate timecards and maintaining vehicles/equipment in safe condition.
- Complete and report all required KPIs and documentation including incident reporting and environmental/safety actions.

Qualifications :
- Valid Journeyperson Electrical or Instrumentation trade ticket is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial E&I construction or maintenance including supervisory or frontline leadership responsibilities.
- Strong communicator with solid interpersonal leadership and teamwork skills.
- Highly adaptable able to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced environments with a proactive solution-driven approach.
- Proficient in MS Office with experience in QA/QC or planning/scheduling considered an asset.
- Technical Trade Certificate with 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
