What you get to do in this role: 

• Build high-quality clean scalableand reusable code by enforcing bestpractices around softwareengineering architecture andprocesses (Code Reviews Unittesting etc.)
• Partner with the productowners to understand detailedrequirements and own your codefrom design implementation testautomation and delivery of high-quality products to ourusers. 
• Implement softwarethat is simple touse to allow customers toextend and customize thefunctionality to meet their specific needs 
• Contribute to the design andimplementation of new products andfeatures while also enhancing theexisting productsuite 
• Design and develop scalable maintainable and reusable software components with a strong emphasis on performance and reliability. 
• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions owning features from design through delivery 
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing existing product capabilities. 
• Integrate automated testing into development workflows to ensure consistent quality across releases. 
• Participate in design and code reviewsensuring best practices in performance maintainability and testability. 
• Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functionalregressionintegrationand performance aspects 
• Foster a culture ofcontinuouslearning andimprovementbysharing bestpractices in engineering and quality 
• Promote a culture of engineering craftsmanship knowledge-sharing and thoughtful quality practices across the team. 

To be successful in this role you have: 

• Experience with data structuresalgorithms object-oriented designdesign patterns andperformance/scale considerations 
• Experience with JavaScript and distributed system designs 
• Analytical and design skills 

Qualifications :

• Experience in leveraging or critical thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry. 
• ExperienceIn using AI Productivity tools such as Windsurf Cursor etc is a plus or nice to have. 
• 6 years of experience with JavaScript 
• 6 years of experience in software engineering witha track recordof delivering high-quality products. 
• Strong knowledge of data structures algorithms object-oriented design design patterns and performanceoptimization 
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit Selenium TestNG) and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines 
• Understanding software quality principles including reliability observability andproduction readiness. 
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems andoptimizeperformance across the stack. 
• Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows including validation of datasets model predictions and inference consistency. 
• Comfort with development tools such as IDEs debuggers profilers source control and Unix-based systems

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $147300 - $257800 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
