Were looking for a People Advisor to be a trusted partner to managers and colleagues supporting every stage of the colleague lifecycle. From employee relations and wellbeing to engagement and inclusion youll help us create a positive collaborative environment where people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities as a People Advisor:

Advise managers on policies employment law and best practice.
Lead employee relations cases including disciplinaries grievances and capability processes.
Manage the colleague lifecyclefrom onboarding to exit interviews.
Drive wellbeing initiatives and support absence management.
Promote diversity equity and inclusion through events and activities.
Coordinate volunteering and work experience programmes.
Manage benefits payroll support and holiday entitlements.
Maintain accurate data and support audits.

What Were Looking For:

CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
HR experience with strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) occasional travel required.
UK right to work.
