We specialise in servicing clients with high-volume legal needs and focus on engagements involving eDisclosure Contract Management and Legal Technology. We are looking to grow our footprint in Belfast by building a dedicated team to service our blue-chip client base.

Responsibilities

Experience and Knowledge

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in negotiating financial legal agreements with some exposure to ISDA MSFTA MRA and MSLA.
• Proven expertise in negotiating with counterparties in financial services such as investment banks asset managers and hedge funds.
• Knowledge of derivatives securities lending and repo markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with legal tech and innovative solutions for streamlining the negotiation process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
