This full-time outpatient position will be based in the Buffalo Southtowns. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to clinical excellence collaborative care and advancing population health in the community. Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care to adult patients with autoimmune inflammatory and musculoskeletal and supervise the on-site infusion suite including patient safety treatment protocols and collaboration with infusion nursing with primary care and specialty colleagues to deliver coordinated patient-centered care Provide education and support to patients and families managing chronic conditions. Contribute to community health initiatives and support access to specialty care across underserved populations. QualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in for medical licensure in the State of New interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to community-based experience supervising infusion services is preferred but not required.
