About the Role
As our Floor Technician youll be the guardian of clean safe and welcoming spaces. Your mission (should you choose to accept it): keep our floors looking fantastic and help create an environment where residents and staff feel comfortable cared for and downright impressed.
What Youll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)
Vacuuming like a proyes those crisp vacuum lines matter.
Operating scrubbing machines and bringing dull floors back to life.
Stripping and waxing floors until they shine like mirrors.
Helping with furniture moves for resident move-insyoull be part technician part welcoming committee.
Moving beds and mattresses (think of it as your built-in workout).
Emptying garbage and expertly maneuvering dumpsters for pickup.
Dust mopping and sweeping to keep things tidy.
Keeping all floor-care machines clean and ready for action.
Mopping and sweeping stairwells weeklybecause even stairs deserve some love.
Extracting carpets to make them fresh fluffy and fabulous.

- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Human Resources will contact you within 1-2 business days of your application submission
- Complete 1-2 interview(s) and meet with immediate supervisor and mentor
