eFlorist Technician

• Troubleshoot and support all customers via phone with website questions/issues
• Data entry setup of web sites and proof site content 
• Research and register URLs scan artwork logos and custom images from a variety of sources
• Assist in communicating changes and updates to the Online program to Teleflora Staff
• Ability to modify code in HTML format 
• Assist with daily Departmental operations as required
• Additional duties as needed

Qualifications :

• Experience working with hospitality industry travel related work or public relations work
• Previous floral shop or related industry experience preferred
• Previous experience creating/designing web sites and graphic design skills preferred
• Strong written verbal analytical technical and interpersonal skills are essential
• Familiarity and experience with the Internet and websites required
• Basic knowledge of MS-Word and Excel required HTML experience preferred
