Job Summary

Are you ready to take your client-management career to a global level while living in one of Europes most charming and dynamic cities We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Account Manager to join our team and help build relationships manage accounts and deliver outstanding service from the heart of Porto.

What youll do

  • Manage relationships with Norwegian-speaking clients: serve as the main point of contact handle communication in Norwegian (and English when needed) and ensure clients receive top-tier support.
  • Monitor account performance track key metrics and deliver regular reports helping clients achieve their goals while ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales operations finance and support teams to coordinate service delivery solve problems and align internal processes with client needs.
  • Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities propose tailored solutions and contribute to business growth in the Norwegian market.
  • Ensure clarity and professionalism in all interactions: manage client inquiries requests or complaints and provide timely accurate responses.

What were looking for

  • Fluent Norwegian (native or C1) with excellent written and oral communication; good English to navigate a multilingual international environment.
  • Previous experience in account management sales support customer service or client-facing roles ideally with international clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills organisational talent attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts deadlines and priorities; initiative proactivity and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic multicultural team and adapting to changing demands and client needs.
