- Manages local promotions and ensures ROI
Performance Reviews
- Analyzes regional and channel performance
- Reviews Area Sales Managers performance
- Conducts monthly sales reviews and planning
Customer & Channel Management
- Identifies new business opportunities and customer segments
- Visits supermarkets owners and key personnel
Market Research & Development
- Recommends marketing programs based on market trends
- Evaluates competitor strengths and weaknesses
- Conducts field visits to analyze market conditions
Sales Forecast & Objectives
- Plans realistic forecasts aligned with company goals
- Develops action programs for objectives
Sales Operations
- Ensures compliance with sales systems and policies
- Implements corrective actions when needed
Reporting
- Documents discounts deals and payment schemes
- Prepares sales and market movement reports
- Ensures accuracy of reports submitted by Area Sales Managers
Team Leadership & Development
- Reviews HR requirements for the region
- Coaches and develops sales teams
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- At least 5 years selling experience in modern trade or sales distribution
- Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills
- Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills
- Able to work under pressure trustworthy flexible schedule
- Preferably with Drivers License RC 12
- Willing to travel within assigned areas
- Other Details:
Work arrangement: Work onsite - Cebu Full-time Monday - Saturday
