Job Summary

What youll do

  • Identify and pursue new leads and business opportunities in Dutch- and French-speaking markets generate prospects engage potential clients and contribute to growth initiatives.
  • Communicate confidently with clients and partners in Dutch French and English; prepare proposals follow up on interest and maintain professional relations throughout the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales marketing operations) to align outreach strategies ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and coordinate service delivery.
  • Monitor results and performance metrics generate reports on outreach activities conversion and pipeline status using data to support recommendations and continuous improvement.
  • Help refine and shape business-development processes: contribute ideas to optimize outreach client acquisition and retention for the Dutch and French markets.

What were looking for

  • Native or fluent Dutch and French (C1) with excellent written and spoken communication skills; good English to operate in an international environment.
  • Previous experience in sales business development account management or client-facing roles ideally in a cross-border or multilingual context.
  • Strong interpersonal negotiation and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple leads/accounts follow up consistently and document interactions carefully.
  • Self-motivated proactive and results-oriented able to work independently and as part of a multicultural team adapting to changing demands and priorities.
  • A positive customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
