Job Summary

What you will do

Work closely with stakeholders to gather analyse and document business requirements for software development and organisational projects.
Translate business needs into clear actionable specifications user stories workflows and functional documentation.
Bridge business and technical teams: ensure alignment between software solutions and company objectives and monitor project progress risks and delivery.
Support development cycles: assist in requirement prioritisation sprint planning user acceptance testing (UAT) and rollout of new features or improvements.
Evaluate existing workflows and systems propose enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement of business processes.
Produce regular reports metrics and insights enabling informed strategic decisions and helping shape the companys future direction.

Who were looking for

A degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) ideally within fintech finance software or regulated industry environments.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills comfortable working with complex data and business logic.
Excellent communication able to liaise with technical and nontechnical stakeholders document requirements clearly and present findings in an organised manner.
Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with software development lifecycle and requirement management processes.
Proactive organised and capable of working in a fast paced evolving environment; fluent in English; additional languages or multicultural experience is a plus.
