The Role

ASM Chilltech is seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to lead growth across our HVAC and refrigeration services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on winning new business building strategic relationships and expanding market presence in a technical services environment.

You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities developing a strong pipeline and converting prospects into long-term partnerships. Working closely with operations leadership and technical teams youll ensure customer solutions are competitive deliverable and aligned with ASM Chilltechs service standards.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Drive new business acquisition across commercial and industrial markets
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Prepare and present proposals tenders and pricing submissions
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure scalable solutions
  • Identify and pursue new market segments and contract opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting
  • Deliver regular reports against performance targets
  • Represent ASM Chilltech. professionally in all engagements

Your Education Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrated success in business development sales or account management
  • Experience in HVAC technical services or facilities management (highly regarded)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to build long-term trusted partnerships
  • Highly organised with CRM and reporting experience
  • Valid drivers licence and full Australian work rights
