Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and reliable Soccer Officials who are passionate about creating a fun engaging and high-quality experience for players coaches and families. This is a weekend-only position perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active and being part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Officiate Flag Football games with a focus on fairness safety and fun
Create a positive and engaging environment for players coaches and parents
Keep games on schedule and support overall game flow
Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches players and fellow officials
Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and organized game day
Stay active and involved on the field throughout your shift
Assist with setup transitions and general game day support
Must be able to carry a minimum of 30lbs

What Were Looking For

Must be 16
Weekend availability is required
Basic knowledge of Flag Football preferred (training provided)
Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
Reliable punctual and team-oriented
Comfortable working with kids and engaging with families
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed
Motivated energetic and able to stay active for extended periods
