- Competitive Pay: $25$30/hour ($52000$62400 annually based off a 40 Hr. work week) Overtime when authorized by Leadership
- On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift

Your Role
- Maintenance: Inspect clean lubricate and calibrate HVAC systems (air handlers boilers chillers)
- Repairs: Diagnose issues perform minor repairs and assist with complex repairs
- Documentation: Record maintenance activities via company iPad/iPhone
- Customer Service: Advise clients and ensure system efficiency
- Safety: Adhere to regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Required: 25 years HVAC experience EPA Certification high school diploma/GED valid drivers license pass drug/background checks
- Preferred: HVAC apprenticeship or technical training
- Physical: Lift 75 lbs. work in confined spaces wear PPE
- Travel: Flexibility for overtime and regional travel
Tools & Support
- Provided: Company service van iPad iPhone PPE
- Required: Hand tools drills Sawzall manometer multimeter refrigerant gauges
