Role Summary
Innovision Limited is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage key client accounts ensure high-quality service delivery drive contract renewals and coordinate with internal teams across Security Facility Management and Manpower Outsourcing services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong client relationships with 90% satisfaction.
- Resolve escalations within 48 hours.
- Conduct regular meetings and feedback reviews.
2. Contract Renewal & Retention
- Achieve 95% contract renewal rate.
- Maintain quarterly client retention of 90%.
- Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
3. Service Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Ensure 95% SLA compliance at client sites.
- Monitor manpower performance and conduct regular audits.
- Maintain client satisfaction score of 8/10.
4. MIS & Reporting
- Submit timely weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Ops Payroll Recruitment & Compliance teams.
5. Manpower Performance Monitoring
- Ensure 95% manpower availability and attendance.
- Track attrition absenteeism and deployment gaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field.
- 5 years of experience in KAM preferably in Security/FM/Manpower Outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of SLAs service metrics & compliance.
- Excellent communication negotiation & MS Excel skills.
