Outstanding University Degree (Masters MBA or PhD) in business marketing economics innovation or related fields
9 years relevant experience ideally in:
Commercial sales or marketing consulting
Pricing commercial strategy or go-to-market roles
B2B sales and digital commerce contexts
Proven Track Record in highly competitive consultancies(Tier-1 / Tier-2); ability to deliver under pressure and to own full workstreams
Demonstrated leadership experience: leading teams coaching consultants developing capabilities managing stakeholders up to C-level
Strategic & structured problem-solvingwith ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Experienced in crafting clear compelling and executive-ready stories that resonate in boardrooms and with investors
Strong collaboration with Product Owners and Experience Designers understanding how strategy UX and digital product delivery interact
