LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
BUSINESS LITIGATION / MEDICAL MALPRACTICE
Location: Florham Park NJ

Our client a prominent AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney with experience in business litigation and/or medical malpractice to join its New Jersey office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a highly collaborative trial litigation team handling complex matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in New Jersey AND New York in good standing
- 24 years ofsubstantive litigation experience includingbusiness and/or medical malpractice matters
- Experience handling matters in federal and state courts
- Prior judicial clerkship strongly preferred
- Strong writing research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a team-oriented mindset and capacity to work independently when needed
- Strong work ethic intellectual curiosity and demonstrated commitment to client service
Key Responsibilities
- Work on complex litigation across business and medical malpractice matters
- Conduct discovery including depositions document review and written discovery
- Draft and argue motions briefs and other filings in state (NJ NY PA FL) and federal courts
- Support trial preparation and trial proceedings
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and litigation team members

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $165000-$175000 as determined by experience and market factors
