A respected forward-thinking healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Medical/Surgical this rewarding role you will assess plan implement and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for patients building meaningful relationships with individuals and families while collaborating closely with a skilled interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate evidence-based care to a diverse patient population within a fast-paced 18-bed Med/Surg unit.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments gather clinical data and develop individualized care plans.
- Document all care and monitor patients progress toward established outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses treatment plans and post-discharge care needs.
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license
Position Details
- Full-time permanent role
- Schedule: 3x12 nights
