A respected forward-thinking healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Medical/Surgical this rewarding role you will assess plan implement and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for patients building meaningful relationships with individuals and families while collaborating closely with a skilled interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate evidence-based care to a diverse patient population within a fast-paced 18-bed Med/Surg unit.
Conduct thorough patient assessments gather clinical data and develop individualized care plans.
Document all care and monitor patients progress toward established outcomes.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses treatment plans and post-discharge care needs.
Administer medications and perform nursing interventions safely and effectively.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active RN license

Position Details

Full-time permanent role
Schedule: 3x12 nights
