Job Summary

Reports to a Practice Manager/Director for administrative supervision and the Practice Site Physician or designee for clinical supervision. Is responsible for the coordination and delivery of primary care as specified by the appropriate certifying agency to BMG patients at designated work sites. Provides clinical and administrative assistance to BMG programs etc. Works collaboratively in the education of nursing students medical residents and other VALUES and SERVICE GOALSMISSION: We deliver outstanding care inspire health and connect with : Trust. Be on their and delivers primary and nursing care in collaboration with the Practice Site Physician by:Working within the approved scope of practice as designated for this type of complete medical history and physical data on and integrating data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as a complete physical exam and recording findings. Collaborating with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of appropriate laboratory and diagnostic data to determine preliminary diagnosis and therapeutic plan utilizing principles of medications and injections according to physician direction. Suturing minor and advising patients regarding health and illness prevention. Recommending community resources to meet patient and family patient and family regarding medications and treatment and reviewing patient records charts and other pertinent information. Posting tests and examination patient telephone calls and providing or when appropriate managing medical and surgical monitoring and continuity of care between physician clinical and administrative assistance to BMG programs e.g. education follow-up and the like by:Participating in health related records and statistical data and preparing statistical reports as in interdisciplinary care conferences and assisting with referrals and dissemination of information to appropriate in the development and coordination of ongoing education and follow-up programs designed to measure client other functions to maintain personal competence and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department by:Assisting in development and compliance of clinical protocols policies and in quality review and improvement programs; monitoring quality and outcomes of care with physician(s) to ensure the quality and timeliness for services rendered to other job related assignments and special project as RESPONSIBILITIESAssociate complies with the following organizational requirements:Attends and participates in department meetings and is accountable for all information mandatory education annual competencies and department specific education within established annual employee health requirements within established license/certification registration in good standing throughout fiscal patient care providers are required to maintain current BCLS (CPR) and other certifications as required by position/ utilizes appropriate universal precautions protective equipment and ergonomic techniques to protect patient and to regulatory agency requirements survey process and with established organization and department to work overtime in addition to working additional or other shifts and schedules when required.
