Our client a prominent AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their expanding Real Estate Practice in Los Angeles. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility work with a diverse client base and gain hands-on experience in sophisticated real estate transactions.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in California in good standing
• 3 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions
• Experience representing developers owners investors and lenders in financing development and investment matters preferred
• Demonstrated experience with loans joint ventures entity documents and leases
• Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently on client matters and collaboratively within a team environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior practical business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions financing joint ventures and leasing
• Draft review and negotiate transactional documents including purchase agreements financing documents joint venture agreements and leases
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on structuring complex real estate investments and developments
• Collaborate with partners and other team members to manage client matters efficiently
• Participate in all stages of transaction execution from initial diligence to closing

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $190000-$210000 as determined by experience and market factors
