Our client a prominent AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their expanding Real Estate Practice in Los Angeles. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility work with a diverse client base and gain hands-on experience in sophisticated real estate transactions.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California in good standing
- 3 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions
- Experience representing developers owners investors and lenders in financing development and investment matters preferred
- Demonstrated experience with loans joint ventures entity documents and leases
- Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently on client matters and collaboratively within a team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior practical business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions financing joint ventures and leasing
- Draft review and negotiate transactional documents including purchase agreements financing documents joint venture agreements and leases
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on structuring complex real estate investments and developments
- Collaborate with partners and other team members to manage client matters efficiently
- Participate in all stages of transaction execution from initial diligence to closing

- Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $190000-$210000 as determined by experience and market factors
