Job Description/Responsibilities
Were looking for an Assistant Bottling Manager to lead and oversee bottling operations with a strong focus on safety quality and continuous improvement. This role is hands-on and people-focused requiring strong leadership and a proven ability to mentor supervisors develop teams and optimize production.
- Manage bottling operations to meet production and quality goals
- Mentor and lead supervisors and departmental staff
- Drive safety programs and ensure OSHA and company compliance
- Lead continuous improvement and capital projects
- Support new product development and equipment implementation
- Resolve quality issues and lead root cause efforts
- Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments (shipping customer service QA)
- Monitor evaluate and develop departmental performance and skills
Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 7 years of experience within bottling or CPG experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proven leadership track record
Preferred: Alcohol beverage or CPG experience Supply Chain and Org Development
