Job Purpose

The Logistics Clerk plays a critical role in coordinating the shipment receipt and inventory management of avionics parts components and equipment. This position ensures that all incoming and outgoing materials are accurately processed documented and handled safely to meet quality and regulatory standards. Additionally the Clerk collaborates closely with the customer support team your supervisor and internal departments to optimize delivery schedules.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform physical inventory counts.
  • Assist in stocking received items in their proper location.
  • Assist in other stocking/relocation of inventory functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent walking bending and reaching to shoulder level.
  • Occasional squatting lifting carrying pushing or pulling weights of up to 70 pounds.
  • Repetitive hand movements and manual dexterity required.
  • Corrected vision and hearing within normal ranges.

  • Ability to read write and understand English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Accurate data entry and effective communication skills.
  • Physical stamina and capability to lift packages.
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory management.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
